The thing I love the most about English decorating is the use of color. The colors are especially beautiful in Cadland House featured in House & Garden UK. They look like the perfect antidote to the often wet and grey British weather. The house located on the Isle of Wright off the beach has gardens designed by Capability Brown, 11 bedrooms in a rainbow of hues, and reception rooms designed by David Hicks. It’s the perfect house for a virtual escape on this rainy Monday in New York. Enjoy!
