J.K. Place Hotel Paris

The much anticipated opening of the J.K. Place Hotel in Paris looks like it’s finally happening soon. The Leading Hotels of the World website is allowing booking for early December so you might want to plan your next trip to the City of Light this holiday season. The 30-room J.K. Place Hotel Rive Gauche marks the first hotel from the J.K. Place Hotel group outside of Italy but they tapped their favorite Italian interior designer Michele Bönan to give it that certain je ne sais quoi. J.K. Place founder Ori Kafri wanted to make guests feel at home but “an ideal home”. From the look of the rooms, it feels like a home where the owner has traveled the world and brought back souvenirs from Africa and Asia that sit next to a lamp from Hermès. I haven’t seen any photos of the public areas but I’m sure they are just as chic. Adding to the chicness is a Sisley Spa and the the third outpost of the Italian restaurant Casa Tua which you might know from Miami and Aspen. Count me in.
