I came across a photo from this home on Pinterest and was intrigued enough to try to find the rest of the apartment. Turns out it is a Fifth Avenue pied-a-terre in a Rosario Candela building was designed for a couple living in Texas by Cathy Kincaid and John B. Murray Architect. I was surprised to learn that the Zuber wallpaper was installed by the previous owner and incorporated into the new design plan. Usually, owners gut a space in order to make it there own so I appreciate this very rare occurrence. The wrap around terrace also helps expand the 1,000 square foot space and adds valuable light. It’s so beautiful that I wouldn’t be surprised if the owners make this their primary residence someday.
