If you follow Ashley Stark on Instagram, you may have seen her weekly posts on the status of her family’s townhouse renovation. Once the house got closer to completion, the posts stopped which was a sure sign that it would be featured in a magazine. And not just any magazine. The townhouse which was gut renovated by Lichten Architects and decorated by Aman & Meeks with a lot of input from Ashley herself, is now featured in Architectural Digest. I found some of the old real estate photos that give you an idea of the changes that were made to the 19th-century building which include a new basement and the addition of a top floor.
