Located in the heart of Armonk, a Hamlet in Westchester county, New York, this 743 sqm dwelling spans the distance of 27 acres of lakefront property. Designed by Jens Quistgaard in the 1960s, this home was originally owned by Ted Nierenberg, founder of Dansk International Designs, showcasing Scandinavian touches such as wood imported from Denmark, vaulted ceilings, expansive glass walls, and a distinctive copper roof.

Complete with an expansive indoor swimming pool, this residence houses a total of four additional bedrooms, two changing rooms, a home theatre, and outdoor relaxation area. Characterized by its original mid-century, timber-frame structure, the Beckoning Path retains much of its timeless beauty, despite new technological and thermal advancement.
