The home I dream of living in until the day I die is a simple, petite abode. A home that is welcoming and grand in attention to detail, but cozy and intimate with charm so as to allow me to both enjoy my home and the world outside my door without a long list of to-dos. And so it was interior designer Lindsey Reid’s Pasadena, California, French-inspired cottage that caught my eye. Reminding me very much of Frances Schultz’ Bee Cottage in East Hampton, I discovered inspiration in each room that is featured. With the light-hued walls to the welcoming of ample natural light, the simple decor touches of window coverings and wall and tabletop decor offer ideas that everyone can incorporate and elevate their sanctuary with no matter where one calls home. Enjoy taking the tour.
