As you might remember, I hosted a joint Habitually Chic 10 Year Anniversary and Williams-Sonoma Home new Chelsea store opening party last week. So many people came out that it made for a very fun evening. For the event, Williams-Sonoma Home asked me to choose my top 10 must have items in the store. They created a list that was posted as well as hangtags for each piece. Since many of you don’t live in New York and could not attend, I’m sharing the top 10 list with you and photos of the new store.
Top 10 Must Have Items list from the new Williams-Sonoma Home store in Chelsea.
Wiltshire Sofa – A modern style sofa that can easily work with traditional or contemporary interiors.
Velvet Pillows – The easiest way to transition your home for autumn is to swap out your summer pillows for velvet pillows in warm colors. Add a cashmere throw blanket for even more coziness.
I fell in love with this Lattice Suede Pillow and Cashmere and Wool Equestrian Throw as soon as I saw them in the new store.
Cashmere Throw Blankets
Faux Shagreen Tables – When glass and wood tables just won’t do. I love mixing grey sweaters with gold jewelry and this grey shagreen and brass tables is the furniture equivalent of my favorite sartorial choice.
Ceramic Drip Ginger Jar – I have a soft spot for drip pottery and this ginger jar is perfect for those find classic ginger jars too traditional.
The cute hang tags in the new Williams-Sonoma Home store for the event.
Geoffrey Chair – The perfect chair for any room in your house or apartment. The low back won’t block the view if placed in front of windows or doors too.
Chandelier Hand Knotted Rug – This soothing blue rug would be the perfect anchor for a living room or bedroom.
Tribeca Console in Brass – The perfect console for an entry hall but would also look great behind a floating sofa or under a television in a living room.
Alexander Table Lamp – The perfect lamp for a desk but they also work well as bedside lamps for a more modern look.
Round Mirror with Greek Key Detail – Great mirrors are sometimes hard to find but I love the Greek Key detail on this one. It would be perfect in any room of a house.
Woven Seagrass Baskets with Leather – Who couldn’t use chic baskets for corralling clutter? These baskets are perfect for kids toys, extra blankets, wood for the fireplace, and can even be used as a planter.
