Has January felt exceptionally long to anyone else? It’s an odd time of year. After the endorphin rush of a fresh start, that energy can wane leaving us wallowing in a bit of a mid-winter limbo. While thoughts of spring are just beginning their jig in the back of my mind, the temps are too cold to indulge in all the spring pieces already hitting store shelves. And I’m a regular person so there is no jetsetting to tropical locations for me. So instead, I’m trying to turn some rose colored glasses onto this shoulder season. Scroll below to see what I mean.
While I realize pink has had its day, these soft but warm tones are keeping my spirits buoyant. I’m also craving texture, but it cozy knits, beautiful ceramics or supple leathers.
