ANA & LUXEAT TO BRING AUTHENTIC TASTE OF JAPAN TO PARIS


Very happy to share that my next event in collaboration with All Nippon Airways will take place in Paris on the 7th-9th of February 2020. Three chefs from Tokyo,Michelin starred tempura master Tomokazu Maehira, Sushi Sho school apprentice, sushi master Shingo Takahashi and Wagyu master Kentaro Nakahara will be cooking together with one Michelin starred Alliance chef Toshitaka Omiya in Paris. The very special dinner is generously supporter by Rossini caviar and sake sommelier Pablo Alomar Salvioni, who will be taking care of sake and wine pairing. Please see more details here.
