Lady Gaga Stars In Tiffany & Co.’s First Super Bowl Ad

As well as making her first appearance as the event’s half-time performer, Lady Gaga was on Tuesday revealed as the star of Tiffany & Co.’s first ever Super Bowl spot.

The 60-second commercial was created with help from Vogue editor Grace Coddington and photographer David Sims and the black-and-white shoot will showcase the brand’s new HardWear line and signal the start of the company’s spring campaign.

“For more than 180 years, the world’s chicest women have chosen Tiffany jewelry as a powerful expression of who they are,” Caroline Naggiar, chief brand officer, Tiffany & Co., said in a statement. “This campaign celebrates Tiffany’s rich legacy and the modernity of Tiffany style. Lady Gaga, and her originality, creativity and courage, reflects the spirit of the collection.”

“In New York, you’re born knowing that Tiffany is the best and that it is where the magic happens. The brand is definitive and iconic, yet continues to push and evolve with the times. To me, Tiffany represents timeless American jewelry,” Lady Gaga added.

The actual commercial will debut during Super Bowl LI on February 5 but in the meantime, Tiffany & Co has provided a taster of what to expect, below:
