Actress and model Chloë Sevigny made her fragrance debut this year with Little Flower, a scent created with the fragrance company Régime des Fleurs. The perfume offers up a provocative take on the rose, and features notes of black tea, blackcurrant bud, peony, honeysuckle and an Ottoman rose absolute, among others.
