One decor magazine I don’t subscribe to, but am beginning to think I should is Architectural Digest. A new editor-in-chief, Amy Astley, took the reins beginning in May this past year, and with each subsequent month’s cover I have found myself wanting to pour through the pages (Jessica Chastain, Anderson Cooper, Marc Jacobs, a tour of the residence at the White House). November’s was no different. With Meg Ryan on the cover offering readers a tour of her New York City loft located in SoHo which she recently renovated with the help of interior decorator Monique Gibson and architect Joel Barkley, the beckoning neutral hues, ample cozy furniture and rustic-esque kitchen, Meg once again demonstrates she knows how to curate a home that would make it terribly difficult to leave, but oh so wondrous to come return to.
