The coveted TIME:SPACE Mastery boasts distinct influences from European Oak sherry seasoned casks, American Oak sherry seasoned casks, American Oak Bourbon casks and the finest refill casks. With that, these maturation processes creates layers of complexity and a voluptuous depth in aroma, flavour and texture, a perfect investment whiskey and ideal companion on a crisp fall night.

As the name suggests, the Singleton Golden Autumn Orchard is perfectly suited to sip during the fall time, with indulgent sweet notes reminiscent of warming fall desserts. The edible notes were inspired by fruits of orchard harvest with notes like apples and poached pears. The palette has brought more warmth and comfort with other sweet notes with hints of vanilla and butterscotch for a more full-bodied flavour profile. The single malt spirit has also been Double Oak Matured in ex-Bourbon and American White Oak casks to evoke season richness and to captivate ones taste buds and olfactory senses.

“The Golden Autumn Orchard certainly directly references autumn time, with the colour and woody, spicy notes evoking that particular time of year. I would add that the character of Exotic Spice Grove is arguably quite autumnal too, with lots of rich, spicy notes and a great deal of vibrant woodiness,” Craig Wilson, master blender tells LUXUO.

The Glendronach 18 Year Old is ideal for a autumn night cap, with a rich flavour profile that is full-bodied, complex and dark. The spectacular sherried single malt is non chill filtered, of natural colour and matured in the finest Spanish Oloroso sherry casks to add a subtle sweetness to the multi-dimensional flavour profile. The nose opens with sweet scents of fudge, Muscovado sugar, fruit compote and glacier morello cherries. The palette is ultimately well-rounded with decadent notes of stewed fruits and all-spice balanced with toasted walnut bread, chocolate orange and aged Oloroso sherry to add more depth. Glenfiddich Orchard Experimental Series

Scottish distillery Glenfiddich is the most awarded single malt in the world and is best known for their innovative approach when it comes to formulating creative flavour profiles with outstanding quality. The Glenfiddich Orchard Experimental Series is no exception. This experimental series came as a result of Glenfiddich’s malt master Brian Kinsman’s visit to the Somerset Cider Brandy Co. to meet with distiller Matilda Temperley. The two experts envisioned a spirit is packed full of autumnal flavours that combine influences of Scotland and Somerset, with the malt maturing in in casks that previously held Somerset Pomona Spirit, a blend of apple cider and apple juice. The Glenfiddich Orchard Experimental Series boasts fresh notes of apple, pear, lemon and orange peel along with warmer indulgent notes of vanilla, toffee and nutmeg. The flavour profile is further enhanced with the finishing notes of apple cider, gentle oak spice and creamy barley to being back the signature rich and hearty taste of Glenfiddich whisky.

Laphroaig 10 Year Old Sherry Oak Finish

Laphroaig is best known of their expertise in producing whiskies with multidimensional flavour profiles that have outstanding smoky flavours yet surprisingly sweet. The Laphroaig 10 Year Old with the Sherry Oak Finish is undeniably memorable packed full of warming edible notes like Manuka honey, smoked bacon toffee, maple and chestnut honey to bring sweetness to the palette.
