I’m still smitten with Britain after the Royal Wedding and wish I had planned a trip to the Royal Horticultural Society Chelsea Flower Show. Since that isn’t happening, I’ve been consoling myself by looking at English Country Houses. I fell in love with this Queen Anne style estate in Herefordshire owned by interior designer Edward Bulmer and his family. It was featured in the November 2017 issue of House & Home and rightfully so. Edward reconfigured the house to take advantage of the garden and the comfortable rooms look perfect for curling up with a book on a rainy day. Edward is also the founder of Edward Bulmer Natural Paints so he obviously knows something about color which is probably why each room is has a beautiful hue. I’m definitely going to look into flights to London now.
