I’ve Got a Crush…

It’s here. That inevitable transition phase when you can’t possibly bear the thought of summer fading, yet yearn for the your favorite season to arrive (at least fall is my fave season!). Cooler temps and light layers, warm tones and crisp lines, they’re calling your name. Despite your dilemma to make a decision – summer, fall? – I’m truthfully loving inspiration from both seasons. Here’s what I’m crushing on…

I’ve got a crush on amazing marble fireplaces (who doesn’t?) and chairs that serve as pieces of art.

I’ve got a crush on this creamy grilled potato and cucumber salad (recipe here!), served in a pretty pink bowl.

I’ve got a crush on ever-y-thing about this kitchen. The warm wood panel backsplash, forest green walls, ceiling mounted swing-arm light fixtures – take your pick. It’s urban and rustic all at the same time. Swoon.

I’ve got a crush on classic pieces that transition perfectly for fall.

I’ve got a crush on this moody color palette – it’s time for some emerald again.

And I’ve got a crush on beautiful bedrooms that feel like equal parts summer and fall.
